Analyser Systems

Working in collaboration with our clients, R&D can assemble analyser systems, ranging from simple bottle grab systems and bottle racks to complete analyser houses.

These systems can be assembled at our own dedicated workshop or at the clients premises.

For analyser buildings, we have the capability to install:

  • The cable containment
  • Instrumentation
  • Electrical distribution boards
  • Control panels
  • Electrical and instrumentation cabling
  • Instrument tubing
  • Lighting and small power
  • Bespoke brackets
  • Analysers

On completion of the installation we would carry out ATEX inspections and assist the client with the FAT.
